The sublimation process involves coating the material with a heat-activated ink and then heating it to the point where the ink turns into gas. This causes the dyes or pigments in the ink to become part of the material. Using a sublimation coating allows you to decorate a wide variaty of surfaces. - PROTECTION: The sublimation coating helps resist abrasions, scratches, rubbing and ink smudging. This means that your printed designs will look great for longer. It also helps prevent fading and moisture from entering the surface of the product, resulting in a vibrant print that can last longer. - PERFORMANCE: NGOODIEZ's sublimation coating for mugs and other substrates offers a beautiful glossy sheen. The coating is not only beautiful, but it is also smooth to the touch and offers a pleasant tactile experience and can be used in a commercial setting. - DRIES FAST: Our universal sublimation coating can dry in the oven in just 7 minutes at high heat (380 degrees Fahrenheit). But you can also let it dry naturally in sunlight which typically lasts 24 hours. The sublimation coating is also waterproof, scratch resistant and colorfast. - PACKAGE INCLUDES: NGOODIEZ sublimation coating for mugs includes 250 ml bottle of universal coating, 10ml bottle of activator, 1 x measuring cup, 1 x foam brush, 1 x syringe and stirring stick. The product comes with instructions. The coating is easy to apply, just mix the contents of the bottle together and apply with an airbrush or paintbrush. The universal coating will make your mug fade-resistant, dishwasher safe and microwave safe. ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B08QVSHXDQ | | Batteries required | No | | Best Sellers Rank | #69,920 in Mobile Phones & Communication Products ( See Top 100 in Mobile Phones & Communication Products ) #32,949 in Mobile Phone Basic Cases | | Customer Reviews | 3.9 3.9 out of 5 stars (887) | | Date First Available | 11 October 2021 | | Finish types | Matte | | Item model number | N009 | | Product Dimensions | 5.33 x 5.33 x 13.21 cm; 290 g | ## Images ![NGOODIEZ Sublimation Coating for Mugs, Ceramic Mugs, Metal Mug, Wood, Glass, Phone Case, Leather, Tumbler - Sublimation Supplies with High Gloss Finish, Waterproof and Super Adhesive - 250ml - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71N0yNH-IrL.jpg) ## Questions & Answers **Q: Is this coating food safe?** A: yes **Q: Can you use this product on non sublimated tumblers?** A: I haven't tried it, but I believe it would work because it's a coating to use sublimation on. It worked well on the coffee mug I did. **Q: how long does it take to dry in step 2?** A: Did overnight let it dry really works, the reviews are terrible. When I received it today the smell of the activation was very loud. **Q: Can you use this to sublimate on the inside bottom of a mug?** A: The coating will allow you to sublimate on any hard surface, but the question is how would you press the design on the inside bottom of a mug? ## Frequently Bought Together - Sublimation Coating - 250ml Universal Coating Kit for Mugs, Tumbler, Ceramics, Wood, Glass, Metal - Sublimation Liquid Coating, Durable, High Gloss Finish - Sublimation Supplies and Accessories Kit - Sublimation Spray - Anti-Fade and Washable - Sublimation Spray Cotton with One-Step Application - Sublimation Spray For All Materials - Sublimation Coating Includes Extra Spray & Detailed Guide -100ml - A-SUB Sublimation Paper 8.5x11 Inch 110 Sheets ONLY Compatible with Sublimation Printer and Sublimation Ink 125g --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.tn/products/375342953-ngoodiez-sublimation-coating-for-mugs-ceramic-mugs-metal-mug-wood](https://www.desertcart.tn/products/375342953-ngoodiez-sublimation-coating-for-mugs-ceramic-mugs-metal-mug-wood) --- *Product available on Desertcart Tunisia* *Store origin: TN* *Last updated: 2026-10-09*
