BUT can be easily fixed!!! *by L***B on Reviewed in the United States on June 28, 2020* Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  The handle is well designed, but the pads are completely worthless!! The pads cannot scrub anything off grill grates heavily crusted! They just tear and fall apart, could not even clean half of my grill before they wore out.Going to try other options to clean:1 Need a scraper tool to first take off heavy burnt on bits. Must be solid steel, NOT a brush! Any curved tool will work, a panel removal tool, a tool called chargon or even a 7mm crescent wrench. A wet steam pad just will not hold up.2 The pad itself can be used as a soft backing, as long as its wrapped with a more durable fabric such as kevlar or soft leather similar to chamois. Since the fabric will be saturated with water, burning would not be an issue. A wet steam pad properly covered and used regularly will help reduce heavy residue build-up.Not sure what will work, but the pad "as is" is worthless. Stay tuned....UPDATED: order a 9x9 piece of 17 ounce Aramid cloth, no trimming necessary. Wrap the provided pad with the cloth as shown in my photos. Insert wrapped pad into the tool, and it works brilliantly!!! No issues with running the grill on High, the aramid cloth does not burn, tear or fall apart. Just soak with water, and gets really dirty which is what you want!! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Cleans well on a cold grill. *by M***O on Reviewed in the United States on July 11, 2017* Works well on a heavily used grill though the pads seem to wear out. This is the underside of my grill grate which gets pretty nasty. I used moderate to lite pressure on a cold grill to clean the gunk off. It took all of a minute. I also used it on my cold gas grill with the same results.The handle is well made and pretty light. These scrubbing pads do not hold up to the rough bits of burnt on food things that stick to grill grates. The cleaning pad snags on the jagged bits and just shreds to pieces. Handle is strong and sturdy, but be prepared to buy cleaning pads constantly.
