**Q: Can it be used on a outside inflatable**
A: Yes, I bought it for a large inflatable snowman but it wasnt powerful enough. Probably fine for a 4 foot one.

**Q: What in the minium dc volt operating range?**
A: I'm using it at 6v and it is working perfectly for my purpose (Powered air respirator). Below 4.5v it struggles.

**Q: Would this work on a Lenovo M720q tiny computer?**
A: I used in an inflatable yard decoration. You would have to measure and check the requirements of your machine.

**Q: I need to know which cable is positive and which is negative since they're both black cables? What voltage and amperage does this product run at?**
A: This device is powered by 110vAC, so their is no "positive" and/or "negative" connection. As per the specifications in the AMAZON notes, "4w".
