I was exposed to poison ivy on my arms a week before I was supposed to have surgery on my arm. The welts were showing up a day after exposure. I ordered the Tecnu Extreme scrub and this anti-itch spray to fight it off. After 4 days of the scrub and spray 3 times a day the rash was dried up. The spray really gets rid of the itch immediately and lasts through at least 8 hours. I was able to sleep through the night worth no itch, that was priceless. I just sprayed it on and was done. It outlasts calamine, cortisone, and any other OTC option. I'm keeping this on hand for future use. The poison ivy was gone and I had the surgery a week after exposure and after 5 days of Tecnu. The first 2 photos are from day 1 when the welts started. The second 2 are from 4 days later.
