Yes, I discovered a couple of small "cheese slivers". No problemo ! Use them or eat them. It just attests to the fact this cheese was hand grated fresh before shipping and does not take away from the quality for me in the least. ONe pound lasted in my fridge about three weeks or so before molding got out of control so plan to consume within 3 weeks. I had about 1/2" left in the bottom of the container. Shipped with a cold pack to help keep cool during shipping. Arrived in good shape after traveling from NY to Washington State.
