There are no instructions. You use 2 lag bolts with washers. It must bolt into a solid wall. If I recall correctly the holes are 5 inches apart and should of course be level to each other. There is some room for adjustment as the sink holes/slots in the back allow for it. I was remodeling so I installed wood backer between the studs. Basically I took two 1 x 6’s sandwiched together, one slightly longer than the other, notched both sides of the wall studs 3/4” and attached my bracket to the studs. This provides adequate support for the sink. Of course you don’t want to over tighten the lags. **Q: What's the faucet hole size? What's the drain hole size?** A: I didn’t measure but standard industry size for both. Unless you’re trying to stick a kitchen faucet with sprayer it shouldn’t matter.
