I have a Ziploc bag of them in my carry-on, and there's nothing better... and trust me, there is a lot worse, like being in Albania drinking coffee made with suspiciously cloudy water. They make them with sugar as well (3-in-1). They are not super strong, unfortunately, but they're not terribly weak either. It's more of a coffee-like drink, and I find them far preferable to classic instant coffee, and they save you having to hunt for creamer (or goat milk, or skim milk, or unpasteurized milk of unknown origin, in my experience). These little packets have saved me a lot of trouble (and probably saved me from cholera as well) over the past few years. My only wish is that the coffee was a little stronger. I guess you could use 2 but I didn't want the added calories. So I ended up buying instant black dark roast sticks and the strength improved. You get a lot in the box but it is a little on the high end.
