Review: Good and Vet approved! - When we got our (9 week old) rescue puppy, she was clean but we noticed she had a lot of dander and some scratching. We ordered this shampoo and then the weather got very cold so we had to wait a couple weeks before bathing her on Monday. The shampoo lathered well, has a pleasant smell (very mild coconut), rinsed off easily and left her fur nice and soft. It got rid of most of the dander but she was still scratching. We took her to the vet on Thursday for a wellness check and mentioned the scratching. The vet checked her skin, said no fleas, has mild dander but no red/irritated skin. She said dander will cause scratching and recommended a leave in conditioner. We showed the vet a picture and asked about this shampoo - she said this is what she uses! My husband mentioned it being made locally and she was as surprised as we were. St. Peter’s is not a big, industrial area so we are thrilled to be supporting local community. Shout out to Diamonds in the Ruff rescue and Cave Springs Animal Hospital.
