I love these pans. They cook evenly and clean up well. I wash them by hand. I have burned a few things in the frying pan but if I heat up the pan with some water and dish washing liquid, let it cook for a few minutes and scrape the bottom with a flat wooden scraper, it washes out easily. The sizes are great. I did buy a smaller pan to heat a can of soup. They all still look brand new!
