The big reason I bought it was because I only have to take 1 capsule a day to get the 1,000mg. The calcium I had ordered before said to take six a day for 1,000mg! No thanks! The other reason I ordered this is because it is coral calcium. I don't know if it's psychological or not, but coral calcium seems to make me feel better with my lower joint problems whereas I can't tell any difference taking other forms of calcium. I would like to know more about which forms of calcium are the easiest for our bodies to absorb. There is so much conflicting information out there- one even saying that coral calcium is bad for you, and it's a rip-off scam. Others say calcium citrate cause deposits. If anyone has any helpful info about all this and can attach a link to this review, I'd appreciate it. But honestly, if my back and joints hurt, and I take 2 of these, along with some type of bone broth or gelatin, (like Vital Nutrients Collagen Peptides, or even Knox Gelatin, if you are on a budget like me!)
