When I travel to a dry climate, my nasal passages just close. I bought this for a recent week in Vegas. It worked so much better than any of the sprays. It is a very small size but how much do you need? The small size was perfect to fit in my Fanny pack. Every few hours I just found a bathroom and reapplied.
