I have been taking these pills faithfully for the past couple weeks as directed on bottle and have lost nothing. Nada. Zilch. I even increased the dosage over the past few days from one pill to 2 pills twice daily, 30 minutes before eating and no increase in desired side effects. I feel no appetite suppression... I actually feel MORE hungry than I normally do and don't get full faster. I wish I could have a refund and just send back the last few pills but I think I've missed the cut off.
