Review: A pleasant surprise so far - Although I've only had this vacuum for one day, I feel the need to write a review, because of others I've read. First, let me confirm that this vacuum is the quietest vacuum I have ever used. And, I have used many, many different brands. Regarding the "hose issue", where people complain about it pulling out during use, clearly don't understand how to properly connect the hose. You have to lock it in, by twisting it to the right once you attach it. Suction is very good, but not the strongest that I've ever had. I didn't expect it to be very strong at only 575 watts, but it is definitely stronger than I thought it would be. The machine seems to be built pretty well. But, again, I've only had it for one day. Update: several months later and I can not say enough good things about this machine. Its still extremely quiet and powerful. I use the machine in a commercial setting on a daily basis. Still going strong!! People complaining about the hose not staying attached, don't know how to twist and lock it in place. So, don't go by their reviews.

A: Yes. but its a little heavy. I've used it once, but not on stairs. I like it, in fact just bought and received the upright taski 38

**Q: 2 questions, is the head powered or just uses air?  Anyone know where it is manufactured? thank you.**
A: Taski Vacuums are manufactured in Switzerland. The head that comes with the vacuum is a universal floor tool, which can be used on carpet or, by pressing a button with your foot, can switch to vacuuming hard surfaces. It works just by suction. There is an optional turbo brush available thru Taski, Taski p/n 7524293, which is air driven. Great for doing deeper pile carpets

A: After one year, wonderfully! Easily the best vacuum I've ever purchased.

I use this vacuum for work. It is heavy duty and is used every day. The cord is very long so you don’t have to worry about plugging it in in every room. Suction is awesome. The cord winder is great. The wand and hand tools are great. Love this vacuum.

This machine is marvelous. It's suction is so strong, it seems like it will suck up your floor. No dirt can escape its strength. Another great thing is it really is quiet. Do yourself a favor, and buy one of these machines. Unlike the cheaply made ones being sold for a lot of money, this machine is well made and reasonable in price. Taski as found another forever customer as we will never buy another brand.
