**Q: Is coco via high in oxalates compared to cocoa powder and other forms of cocoa? (I have calcium oxalate kidney stones.)**
A: Thank you for your interest in our product. We have not specifically measured the oxalate content of our cocoa extract.  However, as cocoa is known to contain oxalate and our cocoa extract is produced from cocoa, it is possible that the extract and thus CocoaVia™ Memory+ contains oxalate. If you are concerned with oxalate levels, please consult with your physician before using CocoaVia™ supplement products.

**Q: What is the extraction process?**
A: The extraction process is not described.

**Q: Why not just consume cocoa powder or cocoa nibs as opposed to using this supplement?**
A: Thank you for your question. The health benefits in cocoa are tied to cocoa flavanols. In most cases, cocoa powder nor nibs state how many flavanols are in each serving. You would have to to consume approximately 10 servings or more of generic cocoa powder to consume the 750mg of cocoa flavanols in one serving of CocoaVia Memory+. In short, Memory+ gives you all the benefits of cocoa without all the calories, carbs, and fat.

**Q: Does the manufacturer guarantee and is this returnable with a refund?? Id like to know before I order!**
A: I do not know.  I used one bottle and did not see any difference, did not work for ne.

I was in a multi-year study evaluating these for heart health. During the study it was found that the product actually improved memory! I can 100% attest to that from my personal experience. The study ended a few years ago and I have continued taking these and will for as long as I can. They work, which is not something I can determine with many supplements I have taken or take now. I don't have any negative side effects. I recommend them to all my family and friends.

i have been taking this for about 4 or 5 years now…..I take one capsule per day though instead of two. I noticed an improvement in my ability to more easily remember old info after a few months on the product. Thought two a day was too pricey given the totality of supplements that I take. Two per day as directed may have worked better or more quickly.Either way, I think this product works and have continued to reorder it.

My Mom had what they call chemo brain, her memory was fading and she was asking the same question over and over, etc. I bought many supplements, most of the ones available in Amazon, the only one that helped a bit and be clear that I say "A bit" not a whole lot but some, was this supplement and in fact I reordered.With that said, I took my Mom to a neurologist and he prescribed a drug that really helped in a very significant way, he also prescribed therapy and produced good results.So my advice to anyone reading, before you spent a ton of money buying supplements (I probably spent 2k because most supplements are around 50.00 and most don't work), take your relative or if it is yourself, go to a neurologist, your insurance may cover it or at the very least you will be spending your money in things that will give you results instead of trying a bunch of 50 dollar supplements that won't give you significant results and that add up very quickly into large sums of money.Still if this is for someone with very light symptoms and not a real neurological condition this one may help.
