Review: not adjustable for thickness of meat - The meat tenderizer works well as long as the thickness of the meat is approxamently 1/2 inch. too thick it gets mushy on the rollers. Too thin it doesnt get properly processed. And a tipped learned from a review is to turn the piece of meat 1/4 turn and repeat cranking after the first run thru. For cleaning, I used hot water, a few drops of dish soap @ soft brush to clean rollers & other parts where the meat sticks. Rinsed & let air dry. A tip for slicing the meat is to freeze it for a couple of hours before slicing.

**Q: Where is this made?**
A: Stay away.

**Q: How do you clean this product properly after using it?**
A: As long as you have a 10mm to take of the tenderizer wheels, gotta take off 4 nuts, pull off the gears and make sure you don’t lose the keys that hold the sprockets on. Then just clean me up and put it all together. Them keys are only like 1/4” long so they’re easy to loose. And they don’t come with a replacement so either make sure you have them both everytime you clean em or look for something with easier disassembly. Also just as a tip, if you do buy this don’t cut your steaks more than about 3/8” thick, otherwise it shreds the meat and ruins that cut.

**Q: How do I get a refund on this product?  It broke the first time we tried to use it.**
A: You have to go back on Amazon and go to your orders and go to that specific order and see if you are still in the time frame to request a refund. It will actually be a link that says request a re

The item is exactly as described; however, since the space between the rollers aren't adjustable, the beef and chicken was torn, squeezed, and ripped apart. The chicken was so bad that I didn't feel that it would even hold up to cooking because it feel apart while transferring it from the device to the platter. Find one that can be adjusted so that the protein can be feed through properly.
