Everyone in my office is super envious. The desk has some exposed cardboard edges which do not look the most professional and can give you papercuts. If you are debating whether to get a standing desk, this is a really good one to see how much better it can feel, and if you want to buy something more sturdy or adjustable, you can do that.

The price of this product was what caught my eye first. It is incredibly affordable and I found it very easy to assemble with the instructional video. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Works so far, temporary solution, edges aren't cut smoothly and packaging not the best

This worked as an immediate fix to needing to stand to type and work on a computer without having the time to purchase a standing desk or play Tetris with my furniture yet. I was a little disappointed that the packaging arrived bent with a few pieces affected. Putting it together takes a little bit more elbow grease than a similar item from IKEA but easy if you've done a few of those before. I was, however, surprised that for $25 the company could not even provide smooth edges for some of the cardboard pieces. They were clearly perforated; while some edges were smooth, it looks like you just picked up boxes from the local recycling plant on some of the exposed TOP edges of this. Not the nicest looking setup; even IKEA items would be cheaply constructed but look more professional. Although the price is relatively inexpensive, I'd expect more for $25 for a few pieces of corrugated cardboard that weren't even shipped to keep the paper intact, and I wouldn't want people to see it because of the edges they couldn't be bothered to cut smooth. It's just a little bit insulting when you consider the cheapness of the materials being used that could look much better if they didn't look like a DIY project. That being said, it does support the minimal weight of laptop and keyboard well without feeling insecure. I don't think I'd put a LOT of stuff on it, but it works for the time being and like others have said should be a good way to test out standing.
