Review: Works well for me - These strange little things are the only thing I've found that actually keeps both nostrils open enough to let me sleep comfortably on either side (I'm a 'side-sleeper'). First time I used it I had to fiddle a bit to get the proper fit, but it made a huge difference once it settled in. It goes into the front part of the nostrils with the little 'u' shape having down ane pushed a bit forward. My only objections are the price AND the RIDICULOUS amount of packaging.

**Q: Will this work during a cardio workout?**
A: This is not the sport version. The sport version of this nasal dilator has an extra nodule to help secure the nose piece during rigorous activities, like sports. Some users find the sleep version stays in place fine during rigorous activities, but as everyone’s noses are different, so is their experience. Sorry, but we don't offer the sport version in the USA at this time. Thanks!

These strange little things are the only thing I've found that actually keeps both nostrils open enough to let me sleep comfortably on either side (I'm a 'side-sleeper'). First time I used it I had to fiddle a bit to get the proper fit, but it made a huge difference once it settled in. It goes into the front part of the nostrils with the little 'u' shape having down ane pushed a bit forward. My only objections are the price AND the RIDICULOUS amount of packaging.

Super comfortable. I’ve used devices like this for years, but this brand seems to be softer, less abrasive, to the inside of my nose. Would recommend. For a small lady, the small size is a good fit.
