Most Inulin provided for the suppliment industry is from Chicory Root grown in China. Most suppliment companies add Jerusalem Artichoke in their description to raise the price. We never known as the large distributors buy from many sources and mix and then the contract manu. packagers mix as well and then the formulators mix as well. This way the China connection is legally avoided.
