Having read the reviews that stated they ran narrow I purchased them in a size 6.5 WW to be on the safe side. They fit almost like a medium and are far too narrow to be called extra wide. Unfortunately the seams between the front and back sections hit where my foot is widest making them quite uncomfortable. I like them otherwise, so I'm keeping them and am going to try to stretch them.
