All of my current Dickies scrubs are size medium and fit perfectly, but these new ones are w-a-y too small. I barely got them over my tush and the thighs are snug, snug, snug - I'd NEVER be able to squat or bend over without difficulty (or ripping the pants). And after I'd washed them the first time in warm wash/cold rinse & medium heat (thinking that "new" stiffness would be gone and they'd fit better), there was no way I'd be able to keep them. So I guess I'm moving to a "L" and hoping for the best.
