As other reviewers stated, the color is not grey, it is like an Ecru tanish color. Do not try and buy grey curtains online unless you buy the ones that go with it, otherwise they will not match. Not that silky, shiny texture, feels almost like a light swade. I bought california king, but it still doesn't go down on the sides to the to cover top of bedskirt. I can see about 3 inches of the sheets. I must have a high mattress.
