Review: One of my best purchases. I now wake up less in the middle of the night wake up feeling less groggy - First, everyone should be aiming for 8 hours of sleep (quantity) and try their best to have a healthy sleep schedule (quality). However, life is not always that simple… This is where this supplement comes in. It has been a huge help with maximizing the quality of sleep I am getting and therefore allows me to recover faster and have more energy for what I want to do during the day. Benefits/Results - I wake up feeling as if I got a full 8 hours of sleep even if I got 5 or 6 (not a reason to not keep trying for 8 though). I always used to wake up a couple of times a night and now I can sleep through the entire night on most nights and rarely wake up once (max) when taking this. After taking this I also no longer feel groggy/tired when I wake up; with that weird “can’t focus on anything feeling” and that physical feeling of “having a very heavy blanket draped over you” either which is pretty great. Side effects - no negative side effects here and I have been taking it for over a year now. Cost - for what it does, I would easily pay twice as much. I understand that not everyone is not in the same place when it comes to finances but with this being a product that helps your health through improving your sleep (which the average human sleeps around 26 years of their life! and even spends almost 6 years of their life “trying to get to sleep”!) this should bump up this products priority on your expense list. *subscribe-and-save is recommended too for reducing the cost and making sure you don’t miss a night. Quality - Swallowing the capsules is very easy. They are an average size capsule (maybe a tiny bit on the smaller size) but the capsule itself is very smooth. I have this on subscribe and save and have had about 4 bottles now and no capsule has been broken and I have not smelled anything unusual in the bottle as can sometimes occur if one a supplement capsules breaks inside the bottle. Also, the bottle is made from very thick, brown-tinted glass which protects supplements from UV degradation and physical damage which is always comforting to know you won’t lose any product from anything short of a natural disaster.

The detrimental effects of long-term sleep deprivation are quite real and quite dangerous. Efforts made and tools tried toward any sleep would fill 2 pages at desertcart! Suffice it to say that nothing (inc. CBD, for which I held high hopes) has worked. (As a "nature girl," I steer clear of prescriptions.) At another's recommendation, I tried this product. Because I'm a real lightweight sensitive with substances, including herbals, I did trial runs to gauge body response, both in quantity and time before desired "bedtime" (as if!). Zyflamend recommends 2 caps nightly. Was too much for me. Though it seemed to deepen my sleep — if I got into slumber — but left me groggy, depressed, slow the next day. I tried 1 cap nightly. Wasn't enough. Effect on sleep was minimal (though the grogginess was gone). What works for me is daily rotations through the week - 1 cap/2 caps /1 cap - which I record on a calendar. (The gel caps go down easily too.) This herbal does not "put me to sleep" or even make me sleepy. (And for me seems to make no difference whether it's taken an hour or 2 hours before desired rest.) Neither does it keep me asleep. However, it seems to deepen slumber — on occasions when it occurs. Zyflamend's strength, I feel, lies not in one herb but the synergy of its many. This is good. The herbs feel of quality and clean and resonate with my body. Definitely better than other products tried but it's not a magic pill for this severely sleep-deprived gal with insomnia! However, it's having some positive effects, does no harm and for that is worth keeping on board … in the quest for a sighting of that elusive snow leopard named sleep!

However, life is not always that simple… This is where this supplement comes in.
