The directions suggest using at night, letting it air dry, and then wiping gently off in the morning. I then use a deodorant only body spray during the day. I remain really dry. I will apply the roll-on about twice per week, or every 3-4 days. The roll-on is long lasting and effective. I think I only do 3 vertical lines per armpit. This method has been absolutely a game changer as I don't have to worry about my shirts smelling or staining anymore. I'm glad I switched to the roll-on.
