Have turned the top but it still doesn't come out!** A: Yours must be broken then. I never had an issue. Check to make sure the tube inside is properly pushed into the lid. **Q: Does this remove red wine stains?** A: I'm a bartender and I bought this to get rid of wine and juice mixer splatter stains out of my white shirts. It does a pretty good job. I don't know if I would use it to get red wine out of a colored fabric. I ruined a light blue dress shirt with the stuff trying to get out a stain.
