**Q: Is this less abrasive than scotch brite?**
A: no. more abrasive.

**Q: Can this be used on brushed gold plated watch bracelets?**
A: It is more for solid metals.  It might be too abrasive for goldplating.

**Q: Will this pad give a brushed look to polished stainless?**
A: Yes... and without too much effort. I actually use this pad on the PRE-V buckles to brush them on request. You can also go back to High Polish by using a deep scratch kit (using rouge/buffs) and finishing with a cape cod.  Keep in mind..you don't want to change or refinish every day.  Each time you refinish, you loose micro amounts of metal.

**Q: Will this brush 904l steel? Might want to brush the sides of my sub to match the top of case / bracelet.**
A: Yes I use it every day to brush steel. It gets the scratches out and makes it look new.
