**Q: How quickly does it dry?**
A: Very fast!

**Q: are gouache paints and gouache watercolor paints the same?**
A: Not really. Gouache is opaque and can be layered on itself. That means you can put lighter paint on top of darker paint. With watercolor you have to preserve your whites because you can only go darker. They can be used together. I highly recommend going to Instagram and looking up #gouache and #watercolor. You’ll see the differences fairly easily. I love them both but for different reasons. Have fun!

**Q: Is it good to put in a travel pallet?**
A: The gouache paints are not very suitable for a travel pallet, I think. The reason is that they shrink and crumble in the pallet and the pallet needs to be straight up to be sure that the colors do not mix.

**Q: Does it have a bad smell? Some cheaper gouaches I've tried have a weird odor to them.**
A: No, it might have a tiny itty bitty smell when you first open it but it’s not bad. It’s pretty decent paint overall

I have both the 60 set and the pastels. Keep them in the same environmental conditions and the pastels have formed mold.
