He pulled the pegs and explored them with his beak and tongue and then would drop it and grab the next one. Great toy for your little friend.

I have a 12 week old quaker parrot and I was looking for busy toys for him. As soon as I got this out of the box and put a couple of pegs in, he went right to work. He was hooked! This video is of our cockatiel playing with the toy for the first time so he was still a little causious with it. He was afraid of the board at first but after serving him some millet on the board he got over his fear and now will happily play with the toy. He really enjoys it. Some of the pegs fit a little too tightly for him to pull them out so we can only push those in half way, but it isn't a huge issue. This toy is one that must only be used during supervised play time. It is plastic and if left to chew on it your bird could break off and consume pieces. He seems to have a lot of fun with it though, so we are happy to get it out for him during play time. We purchased the small board and it is a good size for a cockatiel. I would buy this again.
