They are flat, too big and often have very sticky soles. I tried other shoes and these are the BEST that I've tried on. They are true to fit. I have a bunion on one foot and these are flexible and don't rub. That is huge to me!They also have arch support. The colors are true to the picture. Not sure if it matters, but the white is a pearl white, not flat white leather color. A great combination of features, but still look and work like a bowling shoe.I appreciate getting helpful review, especially when it comes to something like shoes, so hopefully this helps. ### ⭐⭐⭐ CUTE, but... *by E***A on Reviewed in the United States on January 4, 2019* I guess I should not complain about shoes costing less than 32.00, however, I have purchased DEXTER products before and I know the quality and reputation of this company, being a bowler. The plastic trim.... poor quality, shoes are narrow, which is okay for me (I have skinny feet), it should be noted that they do run narrow. They are also hard, and slightly bulky. I will purchase DEXTER goods again in a pro shop. Questionable if these are 2nds.ALSO!!! Despite the instructions on door and steps.... they delivered the pkg, and left it in plain site. My neighbor shared ... "He looked at the DO NOT LEAVE ON PORCH... HIGH THEFT AREA" dropped the box and walked away. They were pretty stiff and a little too tight, but I returned these because the bottoms looked as though they had spent the day at the bowling alley being used before they were shipped to me. So if you're going to buy these, inspect them first.
