I did not buy time threw amazon. Though I will be buying one. The bag has enough space to fit other essentials loosley, a plug kit small flash light a a few other things That if added to this kid and obviously price could make it the end all be all emergancy/winter kit...Ok. First off the bag is of very very decent construction it's good. Light use and you could pass it on to your grand kids. (With zipper repair, no proof but it's not old school American metal.) Now the jumper cables are ones step above the cheapest you can buy. But they work! (Relate back to previous comment) the blanket a rare thing it's real not the space saver. And ps, add a couple cheap space saver blanket if you buy one they are worth it an invented for areason. But the one you get is reusable cotton I suspect, not wool( again relate back to comment & price point).Now to other goods pats besides the bag it's bag it's good and has built in triangle reflector. The I'm stuck pads. They work I've used them w my 650 bmw, with my summer ties @ 3/32 tread (basically dead tires). Helped me get unstuck and w my 93 Mustang w good tires, trust me if your a rwd, not fwd is safer BUT get stick more person (you can actually drive!!!! And find bs and traction to limit your control ability of a car!!) Any way it's gotten stuck these work great could be WAY better but IF USED PROPERLY will help.Lastly the shovel. If anything buy the kit for the bag and the shovel. Best shovel I've used scrapes straight to black top if it hasn't frozen with ice. Easy to assemble and disassemble if you don't bang the crud out of it which I do. And when I do, bit it still comes apart just w some muscle! Idk how this isn't a bigger more sold winter kit! Maybe lacking the oh this is cool.
