A: Yes, you will need to go to your local home improvement store for the correct hardware to work on the decking material you have.  You will need to make sure your deck can support the weight of the Verona at 428 pounds.

A: All sides are equal.  All supporting posts are 5 1/2"x5 1/2"x89 5/8" .

**Q: What are the dimensions of each panel?**
A: The panel dimension is 3/8" X 23 5/8" X 47 1/4".

**Q: What is the width/ height of one wall?**
A: Facing the Verona,  inside post to inside post is 6'-9" and outside post to outside post is 7'-8 1/2 "

This was a splurge for my backyard and I’m happy with the end product! Right out of the boxes, the smooth wood planks and smell of cedar told me this was a good quality purchase. I stained all the wood before assembly and ended up hiring a handyman duo to put it together—they didn’t have any trouble since there are good instructions (on app and on paper) and the pieces are labeled. The hardest part was digging and pouring concrete footings into rocky/clay soil, which we did for extra stability.

This kit is well made and come with an assembly video. There are a lot of pieces! You need to be organized and parts of assembly takes two people. The results are worth the effort. The pergola is sturdy and attractive. I love that it fills in an ugly corner in my yard. A winner- don't hesitate to buy!
