Weirdly, this showed up in my suggested list of products to try, so I thought I’d give it a shot since I do battle with many of the things that this supplement purports to assist with. So what did I think?Ease of taking: Dosage is 2 capsules 1x/day.As an expectorant: As someone who constantly deals with some form of postnasal drip, the congestion gets annoying and never seems to stop. Having a nonmedicated means to alleviate this is definitely worth it to me. However, I didn’t notice much of a difference with my congestion.Did it make me sleepy?: Yea, a bit. I took it around 8pm and by the time my bedtime rolled around, I was having difficulty staying awake. They're almost like bronchitis, but I've never had that diagnosis. I prefer natural remedies to prescription ones. That's why I tried these. I have seen zero improvements and this bottle is now almost gone.These are easy to swallow caplets (one is pictured atop a US Dime). The recommended dosage is 2 per day, so you get 50 days worth.The ease of taking is the only reason I gave 2 stars, otherwise it would be 1 star. There's no aftertaste in case you are wondering about that, but these have done nothing to improve my breathing, etc. They lowered the price by $4, but I still find these on the expensive side. If they worked, it would not be as bad of a price, but they don't.
