### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Finally: A Little Utopia for Us All!

Well constructed and exceptionally well crafted, INVENTOLOGY, is a zippy and enjoyable read. My favorite distinction in this well-researched book is the difference between inventors who set out to fix a problem that has already been identified and the inventors who happen upon a great solution to a problem by discovery, an accident along the road. In addition, Pagan Kennedy fully describes our current world of inventology: how little things add up and get rolled into one (like the cell phone), and how crowd sourcing and 3D printing has brought us the democratic environment for anyone to invent. I particularly enjoyed the stories about inventors who live with their feet in two worlds--so they come up with solutions that people who live with a mere mono-focus may never dream of. Lastly, the level of empowerment that she is convinced exists can, of course, be improved through cultural changes and education. There is nothing gloomy here. In a buoyant and optimistic tone, you get the sense with INVENTOLOGY that not only can anything happen for the greater good, but also that this greater good could come from You. I always want to give strong positive praise for well reasoned boosterism. INVENTOLOGY has universal appeal because of this great, driving, can-do tone. Even if you don't want to invent something, surely, you want to get out of bed and feel excited about the day! This book gives you the feeling that anything can happen. Enjoy it. Buy it for your friends. And keep your eyes open...you may find a problem to solve, or an answer to a solution you never even knew was a problem that could possibly land right in your lap.
