I was super excited to get it and am very happy with the style and appearance. It is easily wipeable, has a nice front pocket with room for the powercord etc., and I like that it has both handles and a strap (which I have not put to the test yet).I shopped around a lot before this purchase b/c I really wanted one that opened the whole way around so that I could keep my laptop IN IT while I am using it. It is very hard to find cases that allow that.This one has elastic straps inside that are supposed to hole the top of the screen so you can keep the machine right in the bag while in use. I am so sad to report that this feature does not work at all for me with my new HP! The case is just a little too big, or the elastic straps just not situated right for it to stay on my screen. I am VERY disappointed in that b/c I could have gotten the more typical type of bag a lot cheaper than this one. I end up NOT leaving it in the case b/c it is too annoying.I really hope the company will think about a redesign that would make this feature practical. I like having a laptop bag that is not black. There are so many black ones going through the airport security that it is easy to lose yours. No one will pick this bag up by mistake. The padding is good and I like the handles and detachable strap.
