I found that randomly we were needing more concentrated lights outside in the dark. Something more powerful than our outside down lights and something portable. So far we have used it to hunt the cat from the neighbors holly bushes and make sure the bacon doesn't burn on the smoker. I love that once I adjusted the straps, they stay right like they are and I can just slip it over my head. It doesn't pull on my hair either which is nice. The light can be moved as far as where you want the brightness to shine, or angle it. This is an awesome feature! It gives off great and bright light. This would also be a great gift for a child. My kids LOVED walking around with it on. We did a family walk and it was neat to see most of the things that we miss in the dark.
