Review: Much brighter than my old dual Circline, with beautiful warm white light - Overall, I'm really happy with this unit (warm white version). I did have to modify my old steel mounting plate to make this replacement work, but it was well worth the effort. If your ceiling plate has mounting clips for the old fluorescent bulb(s) you'll have to remove them so the new assembly can mount flat with the supplied magnets. I used a Dremel with a cutting disk - it took about 2 minutes. Or you could drill out the clip rivets. Attaching the new assembly was pretty easy. It just clicks into place with the magnetic posts. The new power supply's mounting holes didn't fit the pattern in my old plate, so I drilled 1/16" pilot holes and used two #6 x 1/2" sheet metal screws to secure it. But don't use the supplied spring-loaded wire connector. The 120 volt wires will slip out of it easily - not safe! Use good ol' screw-on wire nuts. The supplied connector is not wiring code compliant, and it's a fire hazard. So, I'm really happy with the brightness and gorgeous light color of our new laundry room light, compared with the old cold white fluorescents we had. Ya know, it might even make it more fun do do our laundry.

**Q: Is there a warranty on these bought August 26 2017 and it’s already burnt out**
A: Dear friend , yes we will resend a new updated set to you or make a full refund . please contact me with your order number then i will check the order info . I am sorry for the problem .

**Q: Wish there were more accurate instructions on how to premeasure your existing light to be certain the retro fit light will work/fit?**
A: The specs say it fits 11.8 inch fixture. It is held in place by magents, so exact fit is not crlitical. My fixture is about 14 inches, worked fine. Fixture needs to have a steel base fot magnets to work. Almost all fluorescent light have pressed steel basses, so should not be much of a concern.

**Q: what is the K value od nat**
A: Hi the led ceiling light retrofit board info as below
White color 6000-6500k  warm white is 3000-3500k  nature white is 4000-4500k  
the OUTSIDE DIAMETER is 27cm  / 10.6inch 
and i dont know whats the ''nat'' mean

Overall, I'm really happy with this unit (warm white version). I did have to modify my old steel mounting plate to make this replacement work, but it was well worth the effort. The light was very easy to install. No modification of my light fixture was required. The LEDs fit inside the mounts for the smaller florescent bulb. Small magnets hold the LEDs and power supply to the metal light fixture.
