Review: They Help My Hand and Not Sticky - I will be having hand surgery soon and in the meantime, on advice of my occupational therapist, have been using the exercise egg. These come in different firmness; the orange one is on the gentle side and is the one I use. At first it felt a bit sticky. But, again on advice of my therapist, I washed it with dish soap and water, and it was fine. It's super-comfortable and fun to play with like being a kid. Recommend.

I was a little skeptical at first but I thought to myself…why not give it a try? I have arthritis in my hands and I have been noticing a severe loss of gripping strength over the last few years. I finally decided to try adding this simple Excercise Ball to my daily routine. I like the different strength levels with each ball in a set of 4. It made it easy for me to start on the easiest strength and work my way up as strength builds. This tool literally looks just like an egg, in shape and size so it fits perfectly in your palm. I have been using it daily for 2 weeks and I can most definitely tell I have gained strength in my hands…mainly it has helped to strengthen my fingers. I use this daily and will continue to do so! It’s affordable, perfect size, easy to use. The only negative was that I thought it would come with an exercise booklet but it didn’t. So I just googled it and easily found numerous exercise charts online specifically for arthritis in the hands and finger joints.
