If it starts to get uncomfortable, I would take it off then, but It's up to you how long you want to wear it. **Q: Was wondering if I could wear this comfortably with a dress. My torso is longer than most and shape wear looks weird on me.** A: Yes you can, depending on how the dress is made. I would wear a stretchy undershirt on top of it. **Q: is this a sweat band? Or just snatcher? Use it to workout??** A: I wouldn’t suggest trying to workout in it.. It is just what it is and that’s snatching those love handles **Q: Shoud this be washed before use? Mine smells like vinegar.** A: Yes, I don’t use mine though. I wanted to return it but I threw away the packaging. I don’t like how it fits around my waist. ## Frequently Bought Together - FeelinGirl Waist Trainer for Women Bandage Wrap Trimmer Belt Long Torso Tummy Wraps Belly Body Shaper Waist Trimmer Belt - Hot Firming Lotion Sweat Enhancer - Skin Tightening Cream for Stomach Fat and Cellulite - Sweat Cream for Better Workout Results - Long Lasting Moisturizing Pre and Post Workout Massage Lotion - huiming Sauna Suit Waist Trimmer for Women Waist Trainer sweat band for stomach Belt Lower Belly Plus Size --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.tn/products/379437080-feelingirl-waist-trainer-for-women-tummy-wrap-trimmer-belt-long](https://www.desertcart.tn/products/379437080-feelingirl-waist-trainer-for-women-tummy-wrap-trimmer-belt-long) --- *Product available on Desertcart Tunisia* *Store origin: TN* *Last updated: 2026-10-19*
