Place two batteries in charger, light turns green, plug in wall, light turns red to indicate charging, as it should. After 8 hours, light still red, never glows green again. During charge, neither batteries nor charger feel slightly warm to touch–many rechargeable batteries do. After 16 hours of charging two sets of two batteries for 8 hours each, cannot tell whether batteries are fully charged, or still working in flashlight from original factory pre-charge. Did not feel comfortable plugging charger with batteries in outlet and leaving it unattended for full 8 hours–just in case. Hoping seller responds to my concern and replaces the charger without having to send everything back.Edit: 12/11/2017 Heard nothing from seller, decided to change rating, and return their products for refund.Purchasing new charger and batteries from different sellers.Edit: 12/12/2017 After returning merchandise yesterday for refund, seller responded today offering to send replacement charger. Immediately after returning the merchandise, purchased a different charger with LED display so I could monitor what is happening with the batteries before and during charging cycles. Would consider buying the Yueling product again in the future when needing replacement batteries without the charger. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Very nice package! *by R***D on July 26, 2018* The package contains a double-barrel charger and four nominal-3000 mAh 18650s. Good packageThe charger is wired and offers an ampere each to the two cells; the cells weigh 1.45 oz each (about twice the usual) and one tested to 2378 mAh from 4.2 to 3.0 volts into a 6+-ohm load, much closer to "rated" than most advertised 18650s. I'm impressed enough that I'm ordering two more sets. Incidentally, I've noticed that commercial 18650 powerpacks (De Walt, B&D, Kobalt, etc.) have built-in cutoffs at about 3.3 V/cell.
