The polyester will shed water as soon as it hits the car cover, leaving your vehicle dry. It's a great choice for all around indoor and outdoor use. The 210 denier is a very durable, strong and heavy weave. Which will not rip or tear easily. It does an excellent job of reflecting sunlight to prevent UV degradation while protecting your vehicle's paint and interior, while keeping rain and animal droppings from damaging the vehicle finish. The special soft cotton inner layer protects the most delicate paint finishes. Double stitch sewing is used to keep fabric from unraveling over time. The elastic front and rear area and optional click-close straps assist with keeping the car cover on at all times. We are happy about the fit, however, the morning drew or the heat moisture steeps through the cover. The M4 is covered by a wrap so it’s extra sensitive to elements. We were hoping the cover would prevent the constant maintenance of the wrap.
