Two handed operation. **Q: Can you leave it outside?** A: I would leave it hanging under a overhang or in a shed. But not in the open air as it is steel and after heat is applied it may rust. If you have to keep outside get some wood stove paint that resists heat to keep from rusting **Q: where is it made?** A: I bought some of these stainless steel tongs. I’m not sure where they’re made,but it is a good quality.
