Literally I charged the item and when I plugged it into my Surface Pro 4 it began to charge it. Thought everything was perfect. The next day I plugged in the stock Microsoft power cord and the Surface Pro 4 no longer will see power from the Microsoft stock power cord. In taking the item to a Microsoft store they tested it to determine the battery requires replacement.When I contacted the seller I discovered there is only 1 associate in the entire company. She was quick to tell me that my Surface Pro 4 was defective and that their product had nothing to due with causing the battery failure.
