They have been customer friendly. I had a problem with the side tray and they immediately replaced it. The grey palette the table comes with is not glass but seems perfectly adequate. It does scratch, though, so be careful. I have not asked for a cup holder but I have rigged a recycled plastic oatmeal container that fits perfectly into the space. I put some thick rubber bands around it so that it does not slip out. I am able to adjust the height of them so sometimes I use it for wash water and sometimes I use it to hold my brushes. I have also used a tall ziplog container that also fits into the space. I hope this helps. **Q: What size is the palette?** A: Dear Customer， The size of the color palette in artist storage cart is 18x14 inch. **Q: Does anyone know if there is a product like this only taller?** A: Hi Customer, Thanks for your appreciation for our oil rolling cart of 28inch tall. If it can not meet your demand, here we also recommend the other cart of 34.84inch tall on MEEDEN ART flagship shop. Here is the Asin:B08TBTGL1G. Hope it will help you well. MEEDEN ART **Q: Where do I find a container for the cut out area? None I’ve seen are the right size** A: Yes, I too struggled to find an appropriate container. I did not, however, reach out to Meeden, which I guess is an option. I am using 32 oz Ziploc or Glad disposable containers. My other solution was to have tape (multiple layers) around an empty oatmeal plastic container. (see pictures). These have been handy brush holders. I have hesitated to put water or other solutions due to the weight. I hope this helps. ## Frequently Bought Together - MEEDEN Art Supply Storage Cart, 5 Tier Solid Beech Wood Utility Rolling Cart with 3 Drawers, Craft Orgnizer on 4 Wheels - MEEDEN Multi-Function Studio Easel,H-Frame Easel,Painting Easel for Adults,Artist Easel,Floor Easel,Solid Beech Wood Easel w/Front Wheels,Holds Canvas Art up to 77" - Walnut - MEEDEN Wooden Drafting Stool with Adjustable Height, Artist Stool,Office Studio Stool, Up to 220 Lbs,German Beech Wood, Perfect for Artists Studio,Home Use,Kitchen,Bars --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.tn/products/380070672-meeden-art-supplies-storage-cart-5-tier-utility-rolling-cart](https://www.desertcart.tn/products/380070672-meeden-art-supplies-storage-cart-5-tier-utility-rolling-cart) --- *Product available on Desertcart Tunisia* *Store origin: TN* *Last updated: 2026-10-08*
