Mine came and did not have mounting hardware with it** A: No bolts with mine either 😡 **Q: Can the internals be tightened so as to remain in position** A: you use your hand, like in the old days on trucks to push the mirrors in and out. These stay pretty steady and do not move out of position. I really like these mirrors. **Q: Can the swivel lock be adjusted** A: I also have this issue. There does not seem to be a way to adjust the detent position to the outside. The limited mirror adjustment does not go far enough. **Q: Is there anything that I can do to prevent them from being stolen?** A: No, but nobody has ever stolen mine. They do not shake while driving (they are sturdy) and looks really nice. You can fold the mirrors in if needed which I found to be a great feature. I did not expect that functionality. They are really easy to install. Only took a couple minutes to get both on the doors. For the money spent, these are a great added feature to the doors and a must have if you purchase the tubular doors.
