The tips in this book I feel are helpful to anyone seeking freedom from emotional wounds that have hindered them in any type of relationship, whether it be with a spouse, children, friends, co-workers, or other family members. However, as the author cautions if you have suffered certain types of emotionally traumatic events over a prolonged period of time, which might cause you to become triggered by the steps mentioned in this book it is Very important to Not try to work through them without a trusted friend or counselor to guide you through the process who can help to keep you grounded. I believe, using the tools presented in this book over a period of time, even the most prolonged traumatic memories & wounds can be healed if you truly desire to become completely free. I've dealt with chronic PTSD, severe Anxiety & depression for several decades & although I've yet to use this simple process, I believe it can & will work. Personally the only reason I've not yet gone through the steps outlined in this book is because I know from experience how easily I get triggered! So, I am following the author's advice to wait, until I have someone I trust who is able to work through them with me. That way if I do become triggered, there is someone who can help me work through that fragmented part of my soul without loosing touch with reality. I believe this part is extremely important for those like myself who have suffered decades of traumatic experiences & perhaps have multiple soul fragments or perhaps even alters!
