I had an immediate improvement in my DEEP sleep. I have never hit over 7% in the past year of measuring. First night using these linens and other organic blankets and pillows I hit 14% DEEP sleep on night 1 (Doubled). Hope it continues. Quality appears to be excellent and well constructed. Fitted sheet fit my mattress well and flat sheet was true to size. Noting I washed them prior to placing on bed. Texture is not plushy soft, but soft enough and I’m sure it will improve with continued use and washings, from what I read in other reviews. Upon opening, I was nicely surprised on the weight of the sheets at 170 gsm. Not paper thin and not to thick. I feel the 170 gsm is perfect for all season use. Very breathable and my temperature stayed regulated well through night.
