It’s simple to use, simple to clean and it’s a great option for making delicious and healthy meals. Because it fires with air, it needs very little oil (I just use a spray oil to lightly coat the food). Food comes out nice and crispy, but without an oily taste. Burgers also cook pretty well, almost as good as my charcoal grill, and were very juicy. Overall, a very good replacement for a deep fryer and quicker than a conventional oven.My only complaint is that the non-stick surface on the basket can be a real hassle to clean when cooking some items, specifically fresh chicken/beef.
