**Q: How much weight can this bag hold?**
A: The insulated bag can hold about thirty pounds. It would have to be carried from the bottom and not the straps for anything heavy.

**Q: How long are the handles? Are they long enough to carry as a shoulder bag? Thanks 🙂**
A: There's about 11- 12in (28-30cm) between the top of the bag and the top of the strap. I can use it as a shoulder bag no problem with the top of the bag being at my elbow when it's on my shoulder, but I'm short - 5'1" (155cm). It probably depends on you and your body type as to if you could use it on your shoulder or not.

Absolutely love these bags. They are very easy to fold back in little enclosure attached to bags. Put them into heavy duty, clear, zip lock backs in car for easy accessibility. These large bags hold a lot of stuff & are great for big, awkward shaped, light weight items. Awesome for groceries, beach gear, baby items, etc. Many uses!! Love the different designs available. We chose animal designs with pink flamingos!
