It's amazing and it sculpts your body like nothing else. I'm a very enthusiastic P57 girl to the point where I now have my own barre. I do the workouts several times a week.But this DVD gets at the core of my frustration. There are only 2 full-length (57-minute) workouts available on DVD or online at the moment, the rest being 30 minutes long.When I wrote to ask if they were releasing a volume 3, the response was that I should combine two of the 30-minute workouts instead to reach the full time.But that has its own problems. First of all, you do a full mini-express workout. You feel done. Then you have to do another one? And we have to play mix and match?This program is called Physique 57, not Physique 30. People in high-income areas (NY, Hamptons, Beverly Hills and Dubai) get access to the full benefits while the rest of us have to do the same workout over and over again if we want to achieve similar results.I don't want to underplay what P57 has done for me. But after doing workouts faithfully several times a week for over a year, I'm due for a change. It's just too repetitive otherwise. This DVD does not provide that change.Please make a full-length volume 3 with Tanya at the helm! ### ⭐⭐⭐ Solid enough but TOO MUCH talking! *by L***H on Reviewed in the United States πŸ‡ΊπŸ‡Έ on November 10, 2015* Good in that it covers majority of body and gives solid workout in the 30 minutes for those that are crunched for time; however, it was quite difficult to get beyond the instructor's NON-STOP talking. I am not kidding you - she does not stop throughout the entire workout! I have most of the Physique 57's dvds (along w/ many others - Ballet Barre, Booty Barre, Barre3, BarreAmped) and there have been some chatty instructors but never one that bothered me until now. I plan to use the dvd again but will have to work hard to tune out the instructor - maybe put volume to mute sometimes. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Cardio sculpt *by A***N on Reviewed in the United States πŸ‡ΊπŸ‡Έ on April 10, 2015* I've been a physique 57 follower for many years. It's by far the best workout for my body type. I have the first and second complete DVDs and love them but am getting bored with doing the same workouts all the time. When cardio sculpt came out I was excited to try something new. This is a good workout and follows the same basic setup of all the other DVDs. Arms, lower Body, abs. I do like that they use arm weights in this dvd unlike the other 30 minute videos. There is 27 minutes of workout and 3 minutes of cool down. The other difference Is this video is non stop with no breaks which I enjoy. If you like the other physique 57 workout DVDs I think you'll enjoy this one as well.
