Based on the first few weeks since receipt, the product is easy to use & attractive for a fair price. The upright holder is well suited for our galley kitchen area layout, and the color is a good match for many of my wife's existing kitchen accent pieces. The metal base with it rubber feet keep the towel holder firmly in place on our counter top when tearing off sheets, while the stiff curved sheet metal towel roll enclosure holds a "super" sized roll & provides a simple functional tearing edge. When the roll gets down to around 2/3-rds used, the tearing action gets a bit tricky but we've adjusted quickly.
