I have really dry skin so not a lot of toners work, especially those with alcohol. Then I saw all the great reviews and nominations this product was getting on their web-page update. At first I was hesitant to purchase because the amount in picture did not look like a lot, and it was more expensive that my original. But I found this on Amazon for only $30 (versus its orig. $43), with free shipping. It wasn't prime, but it came in two days :)I tried the toner on the back of my left hand, and after waiting 15 minutes, you can really see the difference in comparison to my right hand that had no toner! Amazing moisturizing effect :) The smell is almost a very light scent of sweet flowers, a little herbal, but very faint. I like that it is not an overwhelming fragrance. You also don't need a lot to spread onto your face as it spreads easily. The only downside was that it was a bit sticky 10 seconds after application, but when you put cream/lotion over it, the stickiness goes away.Also, the packaging is so pretty!
